Partnership Overview

W2G is so committed to your overall well-being they have invited Valeo to be a trusted outside-of-the-org care entity to provide you with an additional measure of support during your tenure of service. The hope and desire of this partnership is to bring benefits to you that are aimed at providing preventative care measures to help you flourish. A seasoned care provider will be available to meet with and sessions will be a place where you can confidentially process with someone your experiences, challenges, and realities of living in your environment.

The recommended usage of this partnership would be to begin with an annual Wellness Check-up once a year and then take advantage of three subsequent (quarterly) touch-points with your care provider to process, unpack or work though any areas that the Wellness Check-up highlighted as areas of focus. A Wellness Check-up is a one-hour opportunity to explore your wellbeing in multiple domains of cross-cultural life. You will have the opportunity to freely share your challenges, celebrations, and anything you want that will help you navigate personal and work life well. This is a preventative care service to help keep you healthy (relationally, emotionally, and spiritually) and help ensure that the challenges you face don’t cause any unnecessary problems down the road.

 

Partnership Details

As part of this partnership, W2G team members can access 4 free sessions with Valeo, fully covered by W2G. Any wellness check-up, counseling or psychiatry session with Valeo will be covered by the partnership.

Here’s how it works:

  • All W2G workers who are, or become, clients of Valeo will receive up to 4 free sessions annually.

  • Each client completes Valeo's Financial Release of Information form (FROI), which allows Valeo to bill W2G directly for the 4 covered sessions. This benefit is voluntary so will only be applied if you request it and complete the FROI. (**Note: This FROI significantly differs from a regular ROI in that only dates and type of service will be shared with W2G for payment purposes.)

  • New Clients: When completing the Client Request form (below), be sure to indicate that you are with W2G and would like to take advantage of the 4 free session partnership (answer Yes to the partnership question on the form).

  • Existing Clients: Please email finances@valeo.global to request the Financial Release of Information form for W2G workers.

  • Any additional sessions beyond the first 4 will be billed directly to you via your Valeo Client Portal.

Care Request Process

Simply fill out the form below and submit it. Once received, Valeo’s intake coordinator will guide you through the intake process and will get you connected with your care provider as soon as possible.
